Sustainable employability of staff

‘Insight into talent’

On the 3 themes:

  • Promoting healthy and safe work, including a healthier lifestyle, reducing work stress and undesirable behaviour in the workplace;
  • Promoting a learning culture for employees, including the recognition of non-company-specific knowledge and skills;
  • Encouraging the internal mobility of employees, anticipating individual ambitions and development opportunities, and guiding employees towards entrepreneurship.

In the period from June 2017 through April 2018, Huisman Group undertook various activities with management, but mainly with employees, who jointly designed the ‘Insight into Talent project.

The results of this are noticeable throughout the entire company, of which greater involvement with the organisation and attention to diversity in the team are the most important.

This project is co-financed by the European Social Fund (Europees Sociaal Fonds), with sustainable employability of staff being the main goal.
